Account category: Again, something for you to keep your accounts categorized and organized to your liking.
Nickname: What you'll be identified as, enter your username here.
Full name: Optional, if you wish to provide it.
Mail address: Your e-mail address. I don't believe it is required if you're only using a temporary account (as in, not registered by the server).
Organization: Optional. You could feel slick and put http://www.dothack.org/ as your affiliated organization.

Password: If you're simply using a temporary access, you don't need to provide this.

Default encoding: utf-8, baby!
DCC port pool start: 1024

[checkbox] Can accept incoming connections: Up to you. I think it has to deal with accepting private chat connections, but could be wrong. To be on the safe side, keep it checked.
[checkbox] Open private chat windows in the background: Your preference. Performs as titled.
Perform commands when connected (Important):
You'll want to type in /join #integral
This allows it so that when you sign on, you immediately opt to join the Integral IRC chat.

Make sure you replace with your board's user name. If your name has spaces such as John Doe, then use an underscore for the space like John_Doe.
