때는 2017년-. 세계 최대 인터넷 게임 는 플레이어 간의 살육이 횡행하는 위험한 세계로 바뀌고 말았다. <죽음의 공포>라 불리며 사람들의 두려움을 사고 있던 하세오는 함께 싸워온 친구, 시노가 수수께끼의 Player <드라이엣지>에게 당하고 의식불명의 혼수상태가 되자, 시노를 구하기 위해 PKK가 되어 트라이엣지를 쫓기 시작한다. 그러던 중 인터넷 게임 가 시노의 사건을 알고 있지만 숨겨둔 채로 게임을 계속 공개하고 있다는 사실을 알게 되는데…?!
