Sanjuro Character Design

[Erroneous]

Some of you might have seen the character Sanjuro from .hack//Infection games or even the .hack//Legend of the Twilight anime. Mature, cool headed, serious face, rugged facial hair, samurai loving, and grizzly voice.

But what if I told you, it's been suggested that his design is a direct lift from Snake Plissken from the 1981 American movie Escape From New York.

Not only that, the player behind the character Sanjuro is also meant to be American, from South Dakota.
